Overall 6/7 Lots of great pasta dishes at a… reasonable price. But certainly not cheap. Highly recommend going with more people to try some of their starters and share more dishes - they have lots of great dishes worth trying. Gem lettuce salad: 7/7 Super good. Really good dressing. Cucumber salad 6/7 Great mix of cheese and sweetness. Zucchini flowers 7/7 Very well executed, a classic Calamari 4/7 The batter just wasn’t crunchy. Desserts weren’t great.

All the staff were attentive and friendly! Food was amazing, the raw fish was fresh, three cheese pasta was delicate and light not too heavy and the tirimasu was just the right way to end the night! Thankyou will be back!

Easily one of the best places I have gone out to eat in Surrey Hills. Came out for a casual night and ended up having a delicious meal that included the barbecue octopus and the crab. Pasta I will certainly be coming back.

We had an excellent Valentine's dinner at Bastardo. All the appetisers, pasta and desserts were delicious and comforting. This spot doesn't let being traditional get in the way of making good food. Good service from the staff team.

Everything here was absolutely incredible. The crab pasta and the smoked mozzarella sticks were the best. Also the tiramisu is perfect and not too heavy at all. Atmosphere and service were super lovely. Hope to get to go back!

Initially there was a wait to make the order, but the food came at a perfect pace and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The mafalda pasta was amazing, but a slightly small serving. It would be a good serving for one but not to share. From the cocktail menu there is a delicious sorbet and sparkling wine combination which makes a great dessert. ‘Sgroppino’ The only disappointment was the wagyu meatballs relative to the other meals. the garlic bread that came with it was delicious - fluffy bread and quite buttery. Overall, worth the visit. 7.8/10

Omg. Be prepared to have your tastebud socks blown off. Must get the seafood bisque pasta special -we were enjoying it too much to take a photo. please make this a regular menu item !! Too many people are missing out on what is a life-changing experience. The tiramisu is delectable, light airy and a different twist on a classic. Thank you for the food !

We ordered corn agnolotti and mafalda. Corn agnolotti is hand down the best. Cream inside but al dente. Mafalda is a bit salty but still good texture. Tiramisu is only 3/10 coz the rum taste is too strong. Busy restaurant so a bit hard to get attention from the waiters.
